Summit Registration

All Girls on the Run staff and board members are strongly encouraged to attend Summit. 

Registration is a two-part process.
 
Part 1: Council Registration is open through Thursday, April 30! During Part 1 registration, councils register and pay for all Summit participants. This step must be completed first.

Registration fee:
  • Early Bird Rate [February 3 - March 31]: $699 per person
  • Regular Rate [April 1 - April 30]: $799 per person​
  • Group Discount: $50 discount per person, if sending 3 or more people

Registration fee includes:
  • Admission to all sessions Sunday, June 28 through Wednesday, July 1, with multiple learning formats including keynotes, panels, workshops and small-group round tables 
  • Admission to Girls on the Run Expo on Sunday, June 28 
  • Admission to the private event at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Sunday, June 28
  • Admission to the Rock the Boat Dance Party on Lake Erie on Tuesday, June 30.
  • Breakfast Monday through Wednesday
  • Lunch Monday and Tuesday
  • Access to attendee-only Summit content and materials, complete with session documentation and handouts
  • Networking opportunities and informal social activities
  • Access to the Summit 2026 BAND group
  • Full attendee roster
Part 2: Attendee Registration is available after completing Part 1. During Part 2 registration, individuals submit personal information and sign waivers. This is also when individuals will have the opportunity to sign up for optional excursions on a first-come, first-serve basis.

National Coach Training T3 Registration

National Coach Training Train-the-Trainer (T3) T3 Training will take place pre-Summit on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28.

T3 supports coach training facilitators by building a deep knowledge of National Coach Training content, developing new and building on existing training and facilitation skills, and making a plan to ensure coach training success season after season. To earn T3 certification, attendees must participate in the entire training, including virtual pre-work.

  • Location: Hilton Cleveland Downtown (100 Lakeside Avenue East, Cleveland, OH 44114) 
  • Date: Saturday, June 27 to Sunday, June 28. 
  • Time: 1-5 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 27, and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 28. 
  • Cost: Registration is $269 through Tuesday, March 31; $279 through Thursday, April 30. 
Summit is a professional development opportunity intentionally and thoughtfully designed for council directors, board members, staff and key volunteers to fuel council success. Therefore, attendance at Summit sessions, meals and events is limited to registered adults over the age of 18. All registered attendees will receive a name badge and are asked to keep it visible while in sessions. While we recognize that some participants may travel with infants and children, we kindly ask that childcare arrangements are made during formal sessions.

Refund Policy:
Summit registration refunds will be granted as follows:
  • Through May 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EDT: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Through June 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EDT: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • After June 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EDT: No refund will be issued.​
