With more than 10 years of experience in values-based leadership, strategic planning, and program and volunteer management, Christie has built her career on her belief in every person’s limitless potential and her unyielding dedication to inclusivity.
Christie has worked alongside volunteers, boards, staff, and community partners, translating big-picture vision into practical, values-aligned actions. She is especially passionate about leadership development, women-led organizations, and helping people recognize their own power to lead change where they are.
Originally from the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Southwest Virginia, Christie is an alumna of Virginia Tech – Go Hokies! She’s currently based in Dallas, Texas, but wants to make it clear that she is NOT a Dallas sports fan. When she isn’t complaining about how hot it is, you can find her bopping around with friends, swimming in the nearest body of water, and reading as many historical fiction books as she can get her hands on.
